A human edge is an end-to-end, people operations partner. Taking care of everything from science based talent identification and recruitment, to driving strategic cultural alignment, work-life integration, performance excellence and wellbeing, via our proprietary coaching method. Freeing up time and focus for founders/ceos to reinvest into maximising their impact and profit.

With a focus on business excellence, recruitment and workplace wellbeing, A Human Edge was looking to create branding to underpin their professional services, as well as highlight the human aspect of their unique offering. We created a primary logo that used elements of connection to represent cohesion and partnership. The typography is dynamic and sleek, with a nod to science and precision.

The colour palette is based in monochromatic black and white, with complementary neutrals to reflect warmth and the human edge.

Business cards and other business collateral were created to accompany the brand release.
